USBfever has launched its latest iPhone accessory, an external battery featuring an integrated adapter for two SIM cards. The dual card capability is geared towards iPhone users that may need to switch phone companies when traveling between countries. The battery doubles as an iPhone case, while allowing users to sync the device without removing the iPhone battery.
The case integrates LED status indicators and a hidden USB cable for recharging both the internal and external batteries. USBFever claims the 1900mAh cells provide several additional days of standby time.
The new case works with the iPhone 3G or 3GS and can be purchased for $60.

Acura Makes XM, Bluetooth, iPod Adapter Standard for 2010
XM satellite radio, Bluetooth, and iPod/USB adapters are standard across the line with 2010 Acura models. Many have Bluetooth audio as well. By building them in, it reduces cost (compared to buying the options a la carte), avoids model complexity, and likely increases safety. While there's ongoing discussion about the hazards of distracted driving from using a cellphone or tuning a music player while driving, most people - if not every researcher - believes there has to be some benefit from not holding a cellphone in one hand and driving with the other, even if there is distraction from absorbing the information in the call, hands-free or not. With satellite radio, odds are more people will keep the subscription going beyond the first three months free when it's in every vehicle. This is a win for customers and for Acura.
When automakers make these popular features optional, prices can range from $200 to $500 for each. One exception to the XM, Bluetooth, and iPod-standard line: the base-level Acura MDX SUV, which accounts for about 20% of MDX sales, has XM and Bluetooth but lacks a USB jack.
Bottom line: Acura is one of the few automakers making standard the stuff most buyers want: Bluetooth for safety, convenience, and because hands-free is the law; iPod adapter(iPod cables) because who doesn't have one; and satellite radio because more people sign up if the chip and antenna come pre-installed.

Apple Expo 2009 showcases products coming to Canada
The show brought together over 3,000 visitors and 100 resellers and distributors, and several of them were based in Canada.
Some of the standout products on the trade show floor included Optoma, whose handheld Pico projectors really changes the way we think about portable video projectors.
The PK101 Pico Pocket Projector is an ultra-light 4-ounce DLP projector that's smaller than an iPhone but which can project a 60" image. With a Li-ion battery good for two hours and a 4GB storage capacity, the PK101 is perfect for running slideshows or showing movies from your iPod or iPhone. Optoma also boasts a 1000:1 contrast ratio and an LED light source that lasts for 20,000 hours. We also saw a number of innovative iPhone cases from companies like Scosche, which offered a first look of their slim kickback rubber hybrid iPhone case that has an integrated stand. This case allows you to prop up your iPhone 3G/3GS for watching videos and then tucks into the rest of the case when not in use.
Accessory and battery distributor FastMac demoed its TruePower iV iPhone Charger, an extended battery and portable charger that extends the iPhone 3G's battery life by 3x. It also allows the charging of an extra device via USB and comes with a built-in flashlight that enhances the iPhone's camera.
XtremeMac, which specializes in iPod, iPhone and AppleTV accessories, demoed their compact and best-selling Luna Voyager travelling alarm clock and iPhone/iPod speaker. The Luna Voyager stands out from the competition by setting the clock automatically from the iPhone.
Blue Microphones showcased the Mikey, a microphone attachment that plugs into an iPod and allows for high-quality recording of anything from lectures to concerts. It will work with the iPhone 3G and 3GS, but only when Airplane mode is enabled. A recorded concert of rock band Fleetwood Mac in Los Angeles was demoed and we can say that it was far better than we could've expected.
Promise Technology presented its SmartStor NS4600 a network attached storage (NAS) drive and media server rolled into one with plenty of Mac integration. It's a hot-swappable RAID drive with four bays that can be expanded up to 6GB. There is support for Time Machine, though there is a backup option within the SmartStor software as well. Aside from a GUI based in Safari, you can also access content stored on the SmartStor using an iPhone, iPod touch, Sony PSP or any other DLNA-certified device.
On the software front, LightSpeed's impressive point of sale retail solution incorporates a database, inventory management and even a Web store solution. Ideal for retailers and small businesses, LightSpeed offers a slick-looking and speedy way to scan and identify product as well as enable live updates on the iPhone using LightSpeed istats application where owners can check on sales, returns and invoices in real-time.
Toronto-based Marketcircle showed its latest with Daylite, a business management and productivity tool, along with Billings, an expenses and invoicing tool. The Daylite Touch is an application for the iPhone and iPod touch that integrates with the desktop app to help you manage things on the road.
Acclivity, which recently announced it was bringing AccountEdge back to Canada after a hiatus of a few years, had a running demo on hand. The software has been Canadianized and offers a suite of features and tools for small business accounting.
Nik Software presented its suite of photo-editing plug-ins that offer a fairly different method of working on images. The add-ons can latch onto Photoshop, Aperture and Lightroom, and though they've traditionally been targeted at pro photographers, a spokesman suggested that the company is broadening its focus to serious amateurs and hobbyists who want to do more with their images.
MacSpeech was also on hand to promote its line of speech-recognition software. The company recently launched a medical version of its flagship Dictate software, but there was nothing new to show for general consumers. There will be, however, something new coming down the pipe "in the next few months" for those consumers, according to a spokesman at the show.

Why Ipod Cables are Super Important
One of the most popular products released into the market these last few years is the iPod. Without a doubt, having an iPod is just as important as having a cell phone to most individuals. Not only can it store thousands of your favorite songs, but it can also store your favorite videos and most memorable photos. It is truly a high tech piece of equipment when you really think about it. Most iPods are so small that they can literally fit in the palm of your hands, but they can store so much information. On average, most iPods have about eight gigs of storage which means that it can hold tens of thousand of songs, videos, and photos. While the iPod is a remarkble device, it wouldn´t work without having the proper cables. While the iPod itself can store countless items, none of this can be possible without having the right cables to transfer and load data. There are numerous iPod cables you can buy to make your iPod function efficiently. Some of these cables include the Belkin stereo link cable, the USB Sync cable, the iCruze cable, the six inch iPod headphone splitter cable, and the belkin cable. These are just a few of the random cables that an iPod is compatible with, but there are several more. The more basic iPod cables would be the dock connector to USB 2.0 cable, the dock connector to FireWire cable, and the dock connector to the USB cable. All these cables have different features to make your iPod work and do everything it is suppose to do perfectly. The iPod has become one of the best inventions over the past decade. While the iPod is very popular and is one of the hottest items out on the market today, it couldn´t work without having the proper cables. There are several iPod cables for you to choose from to make your iPod experience the best it can be. Select the right iPod cables for you and enjoy your iPod. to the fullest.

From Here to There with an iPod Case
Almost every electronic device has a case. From cell phones to digital cameras to portable gaming systems, cases not only protect these gadgets, they ensure that every component stays together. With cases, cables stay put and memory cards are not lost along the way; headphones are not separated or broken, and iPod batteries, games and even instruction manuals never slip where they cannot be seen.
However, many of these cases are bulky; rarely is any socialite seen walking around with his or her cell phone slipped into a belt buckle carrying case. While older women or construction workers might not see the absurdity in this design, others do. Cases are, for the most part, the opposite of delicate, and in a world where electronic manufacturers are marching ever so quickly toward the smallest, the coolest, the thinnest and the sleekest, many users will go without the protection of a case to maintain the look and presence of their devices. Yet the iPod case is a different story.
In this shallow world of universal concern for everyone else's appearance, rarely is any iPod user ever seen without a case. While the case does, once again, protect a multi-hundred dollar investment, the iPod case is sleek, it is cool, and in many ways, it allows the user to express his or her beliefs, personality and desires in a way the iPod itself cannot.
Listen to the Rainbow
Most older iPods were available in either black and white, and while the new Nanos and Shuffles offer a larger selection of colors, the variety is still limited. However, the iPod case is available in a rainbow of colors, designs and patterns. If a user wants a purple iPod, or an iPod graced by the logo of a certain band, he or she can find a case to transform his or her iPod into a work of art. The iPod case is also offered in numerous materials, each serving a specific purpose and each tailored toward the specific need of potential buyers. Some cases are nothing more than a knit sock that slides of the iPod to protect it from minimal dirt and dust.
Others are rubber sleeves that offer grip as well, beside protecting the iPod from water and other damaging agents, and protecting the screens from the elements. An iPod case can even be made from metal, clipping around the iPod to provide the ultimate shield, while also maintaining an aura of awe and splendor with its futuristic look and feel.
Color and material are only the beginnings, however. An iPod case is also designed with certain uses in mind. While most allow the user to keep his or her iPod protected while still utilizing its functions, some are more or less aimed toward carrying the iPod while it is not in use. Others are arm bands that slip around the upper arm of a listener, holding the music player in place whether he or she is on a tread mill, in the weight room or at a yoga class. The iPod case is as varied in uses as it is in colors and materials, but in the end, a listener can make a rather loud statement when he or she protects his or her device with one of these products.

Listen to Your Music on a Grom Audio Car Adapter
The Apple iPod makes it easy to listen to all of your favorite music at any time you wish with ease. And with the new Grom Audio car adapter, you can take your iPod with you just about anywhere as you drive your vehicle to work, school, and everywhere else. One of the best reasons to buy a Grom Audio car adapter is the fact that you will have incredibly easy installation. The type of installation that so many are looking for in a car audio iPod adapter is referred to as “plug and play” installation. With this type of installation, all you will need to do is attach your iPod car adapter to the factory interface of your car radio. If there are any wires with which you are not familiar, it should be easy enough to simply follow the instructions in the user manual to connect your new device. If the process proves to be a little more difficult than that, you can also speak with a trained and knowledgeable car audio installation expert. He or she will be able to help you identify all the details you need to know about your vehicle and the device to go along with it. And as a perk, the Grom Audio car adapter charges your iPod(iPod chargers) while you drive. You may need to speak with a car audio installation expert because he or she will be able to tell you exactly which device is compatible with your vehicle. IPods and cars alike don’t come with an option for “one size fits all,” so naturally, neither do iPod car adapters. Different adaptations of the Grom Audio adapter are equipped to accommodate a variety of different vehicles. For example, Chrysler is a popular car make with which the Grom is compatible. So is the Volkswagen. Grom Audio iPod adapters are created for these types of vehicles specifically. Speak with a car audio installation consultant to determine which car adapter is best for your vehicle.Perhaps the best features of the Grom Audio adapter is the newfound control you’ll have over your music. You will be able to make the decision whether you want to control the music in your car from either your iPod or the buttons and knobs on your radio interface. Either will work, and you can actually use both at once if you’d like. In certain cars there may also be an option to use the radio controlling buttons and knobs on your steering wheel as well, or a radio remote control that you can purchase separately to attach to your steering wheel. With the Grom Audio iPod car adapter, you’ll probably have more choices of how you can control the music in your car than you ever thought possible before.

KA08 Accessories - Extras For This Mini Colorful iPhone Clone Are Easy to Find and Cheap to Buy
There's no question that the tiny, mini iPhone clones are becoming very popular. Not only does the smaller, sleeker size have people excited, but the new availability of colors that we've never seen before (lime green, pastel blue or pink, etc.) add to the excitement. Sure, we've had red, white, and gold available before (and these colors are still available on the KA08), but it's rare to see a robin egg's blue on a clone.
Still, I sometimes have people who email me and ask about the availability for decent accessories on this phone. People are concerned that they will have a hard time getting spare parts, batteries, skins, etc. or will have to seek these things overseas. And, if this is going to be a hassle, then the life span of the phone is not going to be as good as they hoped.
The KA08 mini is like all popular clones. Once the sellers see that a phone has become widely accepted, they waste no time putting up accessories for it. This one is no exception. Although we're still on the front end of the release, there are already lots of extras available for it from all parts of the world (not just China.) Below, I'll go over the cost, availability, and detail of some of the more popular accessories.
Set Up Instructions: (WAP, Internet, MMS, And Data Settings): These phones are pretty intuitive for making calls and text messages. Basically, you can insert any activated GSM sim and you're off to the races in terms of making calls and texts. And, if you have a nice seller, many will find out which carrier you are using and will set up the Internet for you. But, if this doesn't happen for whatever reason, there are many places where you can get the settings or the set up that you need for networks like AT&T, T Mobile, Rogers, And Cingular. Some even now sell this in software form so that the work is pretty much done for you. These run around $5.
Internet Or Data Sim Cards: If you already have a plan or carrier that you are happy with and Internet is included, you're already all set. But, some people really want to use these as pre paid phones or pay as you go phones. They don't want to be tied to a monthly contract. But, often the per KB fees for the prepaid talk cards are pretty high. If you're only going to use the net once in a great while, this is still very cost effective. But, if you are a heavier user, the prepaid unlimited cards can really save some money. They're often about $20 and allow you data and sometimes even talk and text, in an unlimited amount before expiration. However, they expire after a month, when you'll need to buy a new one if you wish. Still, these keeps you from a contract or high KB charges and you can only get one when you know you're going to need it.
Chargers (Home And Car) Or USB Cords: These CECT phones all have universal chargers. Basically, they are a USB cord that you can insert into your computer to charge the phone or to transfer data. Or, you can attach an applicable car charger or outlet plug on the end of the cord to use it that way. These will usually come as part of a bundle that runs under $10.
Batteries: One cool thing about the knock offs is that you're free to change your own iPhone battery. You don't have to pay someone to do this for you. These replacement batteries often come in packs of two and run around $10 -$12.
Bluetooth Or Stereo Headsets / Earphones: This mini supports Bluetooth so you may opt for a head or ear set. And, it also supports headphones to listen to the FM radio and MP3 / MP4 player. The speakers are very loud on this phone (even turned down), so I do suggest iPhone headphones if you're going to be using the SMS voice feature a lot.
Memory: This phone can accommodate up to 8GB or memory. An SD card with this upgrade will generally be about $10 -$15.
Protective Screen Shields: If I hear one complaint about these touch screen phones it's that all the finger dragging creates smudges. These dirt cheap clear guards alleviate that. They run around $2, but if you like the feel of your finger against the glass you can also get little wipes that are made to wipe the smudges off these phones.
Cases / Skins: Cases, pouches and skins are very popular accessories for most clones, but I don't see as much interest with this one, probably because people don't want to cover up the cool colors. In this case, you can just opt for a clear skin that lets the color come through.
Still, these keeps you from a contract or high KB charges and you can only get one when you know you're going to need it.

iPod Earphone Alternatives for your Workout - Exercise Time
I don’t know about you but when I am working out I have a lot of trouble keeping my earphones in place. As I sweat and bounce around, my earphones fall out of my ear. This is definitely not good on a treadmill. Especially if you are on a serious incline. I also have trouble hearing my audiobooks when the gym is crowded and the club radio is blasting. if you use your iPod or mp3/music player a lot, it's worth the investment to replace those horrible headphones with something a little more upscale.
With these issues facing me, I decided to look into some good iPod earphones. What I learned was quite educational. I had a chance to learn about cancellation and isolation technology. I learned about the technology and two of the best isolation earphone manufacturers: Shure and Etymotic Research. The paragraphs that follow communicate what I learned.
Pro-level sound isolating earphones were developed as to allow musicians to hear their own music in loud onstage environments. Sound isolating earphones work by using soft, supple sleeves to block background noise, allowing small iPod speakers to deliver precise sound directly to the ear.
Sound isolation allows you to hear greater detail at a lower level than is possible with most headphones or earphones intended for portable use. The isolation earphones I reviewed have one more redeeming factor: they are great for exercise and workouts. The isolation earphones usually sport both foam and silicone covers to secure the earphones in your ear.

Iphone Headphones - Buying Guidelines
One of the most popular iPhone accessories, and owned by nearly all iPhone owners is a set of iPhone headphones. Until recently many third party headphone jacks were unsuitable for the iPhone, however this is now changing and is therefore leaving the iPhone owners a wider selection of headphones to choose from for their iPhone.
Depending on your personal choice, and reason for connecting your iPhone with headphones it will vary as to the best choice for you, but the main things to look for when selecting a set of iPhone headphones stars with, as already mentioned, ensuring they are compatible with your iPhone – especially the jack connection, but then another factor to look at is the ability to switch between calls with the headphones. Some models require an additional iPhone adapter for this at an extra expense of around $50.
The next things to consider with your purchase of iPhone headphones would be looking to see if they have a built in microphone if you wish to use them for making and receiving calls and not just media purposes, also, the sound quality is something to consider. The bundle pack iPhone headphones aren´t terrible with their quality however they aren´t the greatest at blocking ambient sound so if you are going to purchase an additional set of headphones you need to be sure that you cater for this criteria.
And then it comes down to personal choice as to which style of headphones you wish to use with your iPhone, whether you prefer over the ear or in the ear headphones. I personally find that although the over the ear style can in some cases be a little uncomfortable they are better for blocking the ambient sound, and in many cases provide a better sound quality with a better spread of bass.
Once you have purchased your iPhone headphones, which can be done from an online iPhone store you will need to keep up with the maintenance of them – this is especially the case with in the ear styles, as it is a common issue to have the need to replace the ear buds, this can also be done for the users comfort. With the behind the ear, or over the ear styles it is common for the plastic frame to become bent or snapped, and most iPhone accessory stores will stock replacements for this instance.

iPod Hearing Hazards - How To Take Care Of Your Ears
Many people have been suffering from hearing problems since the introduction of iPod and other portable music devices. One of the reasons that the iPod stands out among its competitors is that it is one of the loudest portable music players available right now. The loudness also becomes a vice as people use iPods music capabilities to its full extent, paying little or no attention to the effects frequent loud music can have on their hearing. If you frequently listen to your iPod at a high volume it can cause Noise-Induced Hearing Loss. The effects of noise-induced hearing loss can be temporary or permanent. The symptoms increase when a person is frequently exposed to loud noises for a long period of time. Prevention is the only cure for noise-induced hearing loss. Here are a few tips to help take care of your ears while listening to your iPod.Use noise canceling or sound-isolating headphones. The earphones that come with iPods are hazardous because they fit directly into the ear. These iPod earphones boost sound by as much as nine decibels. You have the equivalent to the sound of a lawnmower going directly into your ear. Since the earphones do not fit snugly into the ear, it is possible for background noise to interfere with the music. The listener has to turn the music up louder make up for the extra noise in the background. Turning up the music helps the listener hear the full range of the music by drowning out any extra noise. Sound-isolating headphones fit snugly into the ear so that background noises cannot be heard over the music. This way, the music can be kept at safe volume.Turn the volume down. Many people listen to their iPod(iPod cables) at a higher volume than is necessary to hear the music well. People are good at turning the music up when they cannot hear it well. Most are not as adept at turning it down once the background noise has subsided. When there is not any noise in the background, turn the music down a couple of notches to see if you can still hear it well.If the lower volume sounds fine, leave it there. This a good practice to follow even if you do not have the music turned up because of background noise. Since the length of time you listen to loud music is a factor in hearing loss you should periodically test a lower volume level.Use your ears wisely. Theres something about music that just makes it sound better when its louder. The thing to be careful about with noise is that you do not listen to it too loud for too long too frequently. Ask yourself, Do I have to have it up this loud? You really do not have to listen to every song at the louder settings. Listening to a few songs at a lower volume will make the one song you absolutely must listen to loudly more enjoyable. Think of it as an indulgence while you are on a diet.Know your family history. If your family has a history of hearing loss, then you are more at risk for hearing problems as well. Loud music for lengthy periods of time will only increase the probability of hearing problems. If your family has a history of hearing problems, you should take extra precautions to preserve your hearing.Get your hearing checked. This is the only way to accurately gauge your current level of hearing. Having your ears checked will give an early warning to hearing loss. You should have your hearing checked around the same time that you have your eyes checked. This way your doctor can measure the change from visit to visit. If a negative change in hearing is detected, your doctor may be able to give you treatment to improve your hearing or preservation tips to keep it from getting worse.Quit smoking. Smokers already have a chance of hearing loss than non-smokers. Listening to loud music increases those chances. Being able to listen to your music worry-free is one of many reasons to quit smoking.Having an iPod is like having a fast car: the speedometer may go up to 220, but the speed limit only allows you to go 70 for your safety. Just because the iPod can play music loudly does not mean you have to listen to that way. Protect your hearing because once its gone, you may never get it back.
The iPod Battery - Combating The Myths
Because the makers of products which compete with the Apple iPod got left at the gate when the first iPod took the mp3 market by storm in 2001, they have been doing what they can ever since to point out the flaws beneath the cool exterior of the world's favorite neck wear. With the iPod battery, they thought they had found a genuine Achilles heel.
But like the story of Achilles and his tragic flaw, most of what these competitors claim concerning the iPod battery is the stuff of myth. You, either as an iPod owner or wannabe owner, may be familiar with the most infamous of these claims, which attack the honesty of Apple’s claims concerning battery life. But did you know that there are things you can do, without any help from Apple, to maximize your iPod battery’s lifespan?
How To Get The Most From Your iPod battery
Have you ever accidentally hit the Play button on your iPod while reaching into your purse or pocket? It’s an easy way to start draining the iPod battery, and it’s also the reason why your iPod(iPod chargers) has a Hold feature. Hit Hold, and you iPod will remain asleep until you decide to awaken it.
Lose all the power-eating features like the sound checker, backlight, and equalizer unless you really, really need them. You never need the backlight if you’re just enjoying your music, and the equalizing and sound checking features are nice, but not essential for a good listening experience. They too will drain your battery, so why not turn them off?
You can eliminate the effects of the equalizer by going to EQ in the Settings menu and selecting Flat. While you’re there you can turn off the backlight and sound check too.
Another way to preserve you IPod battery is to give your hard drive a rest by storing only files which are less than 9MB. iPods, with the exception of the nano and shuffle models, keep your files on their hard drives, and try to maximize battery life themselves by bringing up the drive, loading your data onto a 32MB chip, and spinning the drive down again. The larger the file, the more often the drive has to return to get all of it and the more battery power is consumed.
You can adjust these settings by going to iTunes: Preferences: Advanced: Importing and choosing an encoder from the Import Using pop-up menu.
If you are one of the original iPod users, and your battery is has simply reached the end of its reasonably expected life span, you can choose a replacement with more power. And help your iPod battery along by trying to play it only when the temperature is above freezing. Lithium ion batteries, which are what the iPod uses, do their best work at room temperature. Cold weather won’t permanently harm them, but it will cause them to lose their charges more quickly.
Finally, limit yourself to one thing at a time. iPods are marvelously multi-functional little beings, but if you want your battery charge to last awhile, forego the habit of having a variety of iPod programs running simultaneously.

Ipod Earphones are One Thing Everybody Wants Safe for the Ipod Ofcourse!
Next to your iPod, your iPod earphones are going to be your best friend. Where you and your iPod go, your iPod earphones also go, that’s how close you’re going to be! Seriously speaking though, your white iPod earphones which are supplied with the iPod is a definite statement. They are distinctive and tell the world that you have an iPod. They are the one thing that everybody wants (next to the iPod of course!), for the statement that they make. No self respecting iPod owner would ever be without their iPod earphones, and that’s the truth. Now, all that hype and hyperbole aside, what is it with the iPod earphones that makes people automatically want to have one, even if they don’t have an iPod to their name? Simple really, and I’ve already mentioned it. They are the distinctive trademark of the iPods(iPod speakers) and since just about everyone in the living world lusts after an iPod of some sort or other, this is a great way to let the world know, discreetly of course, that you have an iPod!That aside, if you ever want to change your generic iPod earphones to a different pair, you have a choice of downgrading to a normal set of in-ear, or over the head earphones, or you can look around for a pair earphones that cost almost as much, and in a great many cases more, than your iPod!So what prompts a person to buy another set of earphones when the existing iPod earphones you have are perfectly fine? Quality, of course. The white iPod earphones you get with your iPod have a great sound quality and all that, but there are better ones. For instance if you do a lot of air traveling, you will find that your enjoyment of the music on your iPod is marred by the noise of the engines which cuts through even the loudest ear splitting song. And even if your song drowns out the engine noise, you will have a raging headache by the time you spend two or three hours listening to head pounding rock music. This then is one the reasons why people will look to replace their iPod earphones with another pair: to drown out all noise! Another good reason for changing your iPod earphones lies in the earphone itself. Although it is by far a superior type of earphone, the iPod earphones can still be uncomfortable for many people. By the time they finish listening to even one hour of music, they will find their ears aching. The solution to this dilemma lies in purchasing a better, more ergonomically designed pair of earphones which will dispel any pain that you might feel. So although you might think people to be crazy for wanting to spend more on another pair of earphones, over staying with their present iPod earphones, you can see now that there are a number of legitimate and logical reasons for wanting to do this.

Ipod Car Adapters - Listen to Your Favorite Tunes While Travelling
If you are old enough, you may remember cruising around town, an 8 track tape playing all your favorite songs. Have times changed! Nowadays, not only do you not have to tote around a bunch of CD's or cassette tapes, you can carry thousands of tunes on one simple little device - an iPod(ipod cables). Using an iPod car adapter will enable you to listen to your favorite tunes, wherever you go.Some newer model cars come with a built in iPod adapter, which makes things simple. You simply plug your iPod into the built in jack. Other options for vehicles that don't come equipped with this are wireless and cassette adapters. If you have an iPod, there is a way to use it in your car. One of the best things about these wonderful little inventions is that you can travel across the United States and never listen to the same song twice. Amazing! Most people who don't have a built-in iPod car adapter choose the wireless option. The wireless adapter provides the clearest sound, although it is a little more costly than the cassette variety. The biggest problem with wireless adapters is finding an FM frequency with no signal on it. This is especially true in big cities.Searching for an FM station with no signal is easiest if you start at the low and high ends of the spectrum. This is where there are usually the most stations with no signals. If you can find three channels together with no signal, you will get the clearest music from your iPod wireless car adapter. If this isn't possible, try to find stations on either side that have the weakest signal. Some mechanical skill is required if you wish to install an iPod car adapter yourself, or you may choose to pay someone who is experienced to do it for you. It is well worth the amount you will spend to have someone else do it for you. iPod music will spoil you - there is no other music source that provides you with sound so true and clear. What if you aren't familiar with all of the iPod accessories, and don't know which particular product to choose? Get online and do some searching. By searching for iPod car adapters, you will find hundreds of sites with information about the subject. Some of these sites will have reviews where others give their opinions about particular products and how easy or difficult they were to use.For many people, the only time they listen to music is when driving their car. Music invokes long ago memories and helps us relate to special and sometimes sad times in our lives. Music is an integral part of many people lives - shouldn't the sound and clarity be of excellent quality? If you don't have an iPod, get one. Also make sure to get an iPod car adapter for your car - after all, driving a car and listening to music go hand in hand!
